NASA: what is happening in space

For this week we got a independent space inquiry sheet we have to do 6 tasks over 3 weeks and on of term is current events that is happening in space so that is what I'm going to be talking about.


One thing that is happening in space is that the people in the international space station are coming back and new people are going up on Thursday. another thing that happened is that 9 days ago NASA sent a Juno spacecraft  which has sent back the first ever photos of Jupiter's north pole with is first flyby of the planet with its instruments turned on. the pictures taken show that the storm 

systems are very unlikely anything shown in previous images.

Joining on to the international 
space station thing the expedition 48 crew land safely on earth. the 48 members NASA astronaut Jeff Williams. Russian cosmonauts Alexey Ovchinin and Oleg Skripochka of Roscosmos near the town of Zhezkazgan, Kazakhstan on Wednesday 7th of September (Kazakhstan time) they are returning from 172 days on board of the ISS.
